Payment
A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is to be paid two weeks before arrival. Payment to be made via Bank Transfer, details of which will be provided at the time of booking.
Arrival/Departure Times
Your cottage will be available from 4:30 pm on your arrival day until 9:30 am on your departure day.
Rates
Rates are inclusive of oil heating, electricity, bed linen and towels. Electric vehicle charging is not allowed – there are facilities in Kirkwall to do this.
Pets
Sorry, no pets allowed.
Smoking
Cottages are non-smoking.
Vehicles
Parking facilities available at both cottages.
